With internal communication as a focus in my first years of career both in the Techint Group and IBM, I created activities designed for the professional development of the employees of these companies, aligned with their values and commercial objectives. My people-oriented profile contributed to these organizations with plans that allowed executives to achieve greater proximity to the general population. 
In recent years, my career has focused mainly on the external public communications, being the leader of institutional relations for IBM in Ecuador and of Product Marketing for Latin America. 
After becoming an independent consultant at Pera, I began working with the DirComs account for their social networks, boosting their numbers in both followers and engagement.

 

The Social Media service growth led to the decision to create La Orquesta, under my direction and with an exclusive focus on personalized services for executive and business social networks.
